We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations cannot be returned.
- Sale, clearance, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
Email our support team with your order number to request a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
